Performed an Airspace and Obstruction Analysis including Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) Analysis for a cultural center to be built adjacent to the airport final approach course. Provided input on exterior lighting to eliminate glare and building design to eliminate the possibility of interference with navigational aids and airport RADAR. WAC Consultants prepared a complete obstruction analysis and the submission for review by the FAA.
