Williams Aviation Consultants has been retained by the City of Las Vegas to review and analyze proposed plans to change airport operating procedures and flight paths over the City of Las Vegas. Williams Aviation has assessed the impacts of such changes on the communities around the airport, evaluated what the operational improvements would be, and reviewed the environmental impacts.
