Provided the City with an in depth analysis of the Portland International Airport Master Plan and related Part 150 Noise Study with recommendations for aircraft noise and over flight mitigation. Reviewed proposed flight tracks and runway use scenarios and provided the Client with an analysis of the benefits and impacts of each. The written report was used by the Client to negotiate mitigation measures with the Airport’s governing body.
