Provided the City with advice and provided analysis on various aviation issues and documents associated with the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Provided analysis and comments on the airport’s Part 150 Noise Study, Wildlife Mitigation Plan, EIR and EIS as well as an Environmental Assessment that was performed for the Phoenix area.
