Evaluated the Port of Portland’s Part 150 Noise Study working group results, including proposals for new routes that have been presented and assessed the impacts on the Vancouver area. Report included recommended mitigation measures that would reduce the impact of aircraft over-flight on the City of Vancouver without increasing the impact on other areas.
