Complete analysis of the Dayton International Airport Master Plan and FAR Part 150 Noise Study. Provided an in-depth analysis of the projects validity based on the current airport demand, current operations and fleet mix. We also reviewed the proposed runway extensions in relation to current fleet mix and types of operations as well as the FAR Part 150 Noise Study recommendations for noise and aircraft over-flight mitigation measures. Provided the City with alternatives to the proposed project and justification to oppose the current expansion project based on need and impacts to the community.
