The Client requested the evaluation of a large section of property abeam the runway at a municipal airport in an airport industrial park. The proposed site would contain several office/warehouses buildings. An Airspace and Obstruction Analysis showed that the project would not penetrate the protected airspace surfaces around the airport. The TERPS evaluation revealed that the published Departure Procedure for the airport did not accommodate existing obstructions and would require an increase in the published climb rate which would accommodate the proposed project.
