The Client retained WAC to perform an Airspace and Obstruction, TERPS, Part 150 Noise Analysis and to review the Riverside County ALUC requirements pertaining to the French Valley Airport. The analysis showed that the project was compatible with obstruction and TERPS requirements. The location at the bottom of a very high cliff allowed the Client to attain significant building heights in spite of being in very close proximity to the airport runway. The written report and the technical data were used to support the project during the review, approval and permitting process.
