The Client has acquired several acres of property adjacent to a municipal airport which was to become an airport industrial park. The Client retained WAC to determine the compatibility of such a park with airport operations and to determine the maximum building heights that could be accommodated on the site. An Airspace and Obstruction Analysis identified the FAA reporting requirements and whether or not the FAA’s obstruction lighting and marking requirements were triggered. The TERPS evaluation provided the Client with a height Above Ground Level that would be compatible with airport operations. WAC prepared an in depth written report and provided the Airspace and Obstruction analysis technical data as well as the TERPS evaluations for each study site. The written analysis will be used during the review and approval process and will assist in marketing the lots to potential tenants.
