Provided the City with an analysis of the noise issues associated with a runway in the Bay and an overview of technology iniatives and their applicability to the capacity and bad weather delay issues at San Francisco International Airport, CA.

Provided an analysis of the impacts of the expansion of San Francisco International Airport’s runway system into the San Francisco Bay. Analysis included a review of the airport Master Plan, Environmental Statements and projected benefits. Identified inconsistencies in the airport’s plans and claims of efficiency and analyzed the impacts of new flight tracks and profiles on the City.
