Lone Tree Investments, LLC, AZ
The Client owned property off the end of an airport runway which served general aviation aircraft and small air carrier aircraft. The airport was proposing to extend the runway approximately one-third of a mile toward the Client’s property. WAC was retained to evaluate the impact of the extension in terms of height restriction and increased aircraft noise and over flight. WAC conducted an Airspace and Obstruction Analysis and TERPS Analysis. Additionally, WAC reviewed the airport master plan, Part 150 Noise Study and Environmental documents for the project and provided the Client with extensive comments and recommendations for noise and over flight mitigation that would minimize the impact of the project. The comments were provided to the Client’s attorney and formally submitted to the FAA.
