Analysis of FAR Part 77 Airspace and Obstruction, Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) for a proposed Marina and Resort near Philadelphia International Airport. Included was an analysis of FAR Part 150 regarding noise impacts and a TERPS review and analysis for all instrument arrival and departure procedures for the Philadelphia Airport and all other landing facilities in the vicinity of the proposed project.
