NAMWEST, Town Lake Project, AZ

Evaluated a site adjacent to Phoenix International Airport for Airspace and Obstruction and TERPS impacts from the construction of a large Resort Hotel and Convention Center and Marina. Analysis of several study sites around the property boundary provided the developer with maximum building height as well as provided guidance on FAR Part 150 Noise compliance. The written evaluations and technical reports were used by the Client to support their presentation to the City as one of the potential developers during the competition phase.
