Performed Airspace and Obstruction Analysis including Terminal and Enroute Procedures (TERPS) Analysis for a large residential retirement community that was to be built immediately adjacent to a municipal airport. In addition an FAR Part 150 Noise Study was completed regarding the compatibility of the project with airport over flights and noise. Provided the developer with maximum building heights within the proposed site and identified areas that were not compatible with residential development. The client was provided with an in depth written report and copies of the technical data which the Client could use to support the review and permitting process for the project.
