Assisted the client in evaluating the Federal Aviation Administration reporting and obstacle evaluation requirements for construction projects in the vicinity of an airport. Reviewed the airport’s Part 150 Noise Study, provided documentation on noise contours, site location within the contours and mitigation required in the Study for multi-family residential building outside of the 60DNL Noise Contour. Provided the client with an obstruction evaluation of the property and detailed report on the Part 150’s proposed noise mitigation, avigation easement and notification requirements for the site.
