Fred Hovater – Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic

Mr. Hovater is a certified journeyman Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic with 22 years experience working on commercial, general aviation, and military aircraft. Two years experience in the field of education was attained as an instructor in a Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician School Instructor. Other specialties include interfacing with military aircraft hardware for Boeing, Rockwell Collins, Raytheon and Hawker Beech military aircraft. Mr. Hovater is quality assurance and International Trade and Arms Regulations qualified.
